Our Covid Safety Precautions
The safety of our babies, children, staff and parents or guardians is our top priority at Tic Toc Nursery. With coronavirus so prevalent, we have implemented various precautions at the setting in order to fight the spread of the virus. These measures are in line with Government guidelines and include:
- Strict rules and hygiene protocols for those visiting the nursery, including when collecting or dropping off children;
- Regular and enhanced cleaning measures in all areas of the nursery;
- Child education around better hygiene at the setting. This includes the promotion of frequent hand washing and hygiene measures like the ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’ approach to coughing and sneezing;
- Enhanced social distancing measures e.g. limiting social contact to small bubbles when appropriate;
- Testing staff on a regular basis;
- Use of PPE whenever appropriate.
